So we have a woman in Arizona who can barely speak English wanting to run for city council in San Luis, Arizona, but the state Supreme Court issued a ruling that barred the woman from running.  Now she has lawyered up and is planning an appeal.  I say, You No Hablar inglés, You No Run For Office.

So let’s lay out the facts here.  The State law requires elected officials to know English.  Although it does not state a define proficiency level, common sense would dictate that she should be able to clearly speak, read and write in a clear and proper manner.  Why do people feel they have the right to job when they are not capable of performing at the level expected?

This is not about immigrants, minorities or any other bull shit the left would try to paint this issue.  It is about being capable of performing a job.    After all:

Yuma County Superior Court Judge John Nelson ruled on Jan. 27 to strike Cabrera's name from the ballot… Nelson's ruling was based on tests administered by a sociolinguistics expert, as well as Cabrera's inability to respond to questions posed to her in English at a hearing… Sociolinguistics expert William Eggington presented the court with results of three different tests he administered to Cabrera, who graduated from Kofa High School in Yuma. One measured her English-speaking skill, another was to determine if she reads the language, and the third was to assess her level of English comprehension. (Fox News)

Obviously, the judge was presented with enough information to make a judgment that the women did not have the level of comprehension needed.  This shit is for the birds!
